Key Responsibilities:
Planning construction timing and relocation management phased move. Overseeing project budget and RFP process for both trade and non-trade work.
Challenges:
Entire plan based on clients testing timeframes in each individual lab. Timing of construction completion with no business interruption to meet project timeframes.
Relocating scientific labs in conjunction with shifting construction schedule.
Solutions Summary:
Built consensus with management team based on individual lab demands throughout the project.
Met weekly with lab personnel to incorporate their new client business demands and facilitate relocation with different testing schedules.
Incorporated both union and non-union functions in move RFP for cost-savings.
Interpreted cross functional lab demands into one seamless, communicated plan.
